The St. Galler Rheintal Association wanted to introduce Microsoft Teams as a central communication and collaboration platform to enhance internal teamwork. The challenge was to develop an effective strategy, prepare all employees for the transition, and ensure the platform was seamlessly integrated into daily operations.
Together with the association, we developed a comprehensive strategy tailored to their specific needs and workflows. We then conducted targeted training sessions to prepare all employees for using Microsoft Teams. With a clear rollout plan and ongoing support, we ensure the platform is utilized effectively and continues to perform well in the long term.
